Pete Lammons
Honored In 2012
Pete is a former professional football player for the 1968 AFL-NFL World Champion New York Jets . He also played for the Green Bay Packers and in college was part of the UT Longhorn National Championship team in 1963 . Most importantly, he was a JHS Fightn’ Indian, graduating in 1961. Pete continues to support Jacksonville and the Jacksonville Education Foundation and serves as co-chair for the JEF. Austin Bank honored Pete as an Influential Indian at JISD Convocation in August, 2012.
